What's the best way to enjoy Fluidum?

Preparation couldn't be simpler. Forget kettles and timing:

  • Tear along the marked edge of the sachet.
  • Pour the contents into 200 ml of water.
  • Enjoy: Use cold water (ideal with ice for a refreshing herbal lemonade) or water of any desired temperature (to preserve all benefits, we recommend a maximum of 80 °C).
